When the panels are delivered to the sewing room, the sewer will make sure the panels are of the same number before start sewing. Each sewing line is consisted of 20 to 24 members and each member is responsible for a certain sewing steps. The leaders of the group will be overseeing the progress of the work. They carry out interim checking for workmanship, measurements and defects. The defects will be rectified before the new step is carried out. When the jacket is finished, a number is put in the pocket of the jacket so that it can be traced back to the group responsible for the sewing works.
